I understand that carnival costumes are CUSTOM MADE ITEMS therefore, once registration is complete, there will be NO EXCHANGING/SWITCHING of sections, NO REFUND OF DEPOSITS and NO ADDITIONAL CHANGES TO MEASUREMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FURTHERMORE, COSTUMES ARE RESERVED ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF THE DOWN PAYMENT BY THE APPLICATION DEADLINE(S). Deposits and payments are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
I understand that registration requires a deposit or full payment.
I understand that should any section meet maximum capacity before an assigned deadline, Infernos Carnival Troupe reserves the right to discontinue registration for that section.
I understand that costumes are property of Infernos Carnival Troupe until all obligations have been paid.
